Rapid eye movement sleep occurs about 90 min after you fall sleep ,this the deepest stage of sleep and also the primary stage of dreaming. REM Sleep lasts about 10 min for the first time, increasing with each REM cycle. The final cycle of REM lasts roughly for about 60 minutes.
